Low Frequency Augmentation Series

The low Frequency Augmentation Series includes LF Extension (listening range) and Sub- Bass (beyond listening range) monitors. From the outset the design brief was to create products that complimented the Universal and Mastering Series in both function and performance. This required achieving Low Frequency linearity and accessibility/musicality not often found in Low Frequency Augmentation products. It also required the establishment of the optimum crossover point to ensure a seamless transfer to the full and extended bandwidth systems. In the design stage there was constant referencing to kick drum, double bass and electric bass. All models employ the Bandwidth Extension Module (BEM), and are driven by a remote power plant which incorporates the 56 bit DSP transfer system.

Low Frequency Augmentation Series CODE 9A

The Code 9A is a compact Low Frequency Augmentation system ideally suited to compliment all models in the Universal Series. It features a small baffle and long chamber (often referred to as the cannon). It is ideal in environments that have limited vertical real estate available.

The Code 9A frequency bandwidth is 25Hz and is crossed over at 100Hz.

Low Frequency Augmentation Series CODE 9B

The code 9B is identical to the Code 9A but with a larger baffle and shorter chamber. It is ideal in environments that have limited horizontal real estate available.

Low Frequency Augmentation Series CODE 10

The Code 10 is a sub-bass system currently still in development that will compliment all models in the Universal and Mastering Series. The Code 10 frequency bandwidth is planned at around18Hz and crossed over at 100Hz.
